Banoffee Protein Bars

WHEY too delicious to share – banoffee bars containing 19g protein and only 3g carbs ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ They contain walnuts, which are super rich in nutrition. Contrary to what people believe, they can aid in weight management as they provide satiety.

They also contain melatonin, which induces sleep ๐Ÿ˜ด and biotin which help strengthen the hair and reduces hair fall out!

Stacey Hogan - protein bars

Ingredients (Makes 10):

140g Whey Protein (I used MyProtein Banoffee)
100g walnuts
40g pumpkin seeds
190g ground almonds
100ml almond milk

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl (except for the almond milk) and mix well.
  2. Slowly add in the almond milk a little bit at a time, mixing as you go, until a dough is created.
  3. Divide the mixture into 10 and shape into bars.
  4. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to set, then enjoy ๐Ÿ™‚
